Thank you for shopping with Sunlit Hollow Home. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our website.
Where We Ship
At this time, we ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We're working on expanding our shipping regions in the future.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may occasionally be longer during high-demand periods, such as major holidays; we'll do our best to let you know if that affects your order.
Shipping Time and Rates
Estimated transit time after processing: 5-10 business days. Flat-rate shipping: $8.90 per order. Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $69 or more, after discounts and before taxes.
Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time, so most orders arrive within about 6-13 business days of being placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package the whole way to your door.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume beyond our control. We appreciate your patience, and we're happy to help track down an order that's taking longer than expected.
